Payment and Insurance

Dr. Stowell’s fees are based upon her extensive education, years of experience, and her focus on creating a comprehensive, written treatment plan custom tailored for each patient. She will then coordinate care with all members of a patient’s healthcare team including physicians, psychiatrists, physical therapists or any other specialist. Additionally, she communicates directly with her patients about all aspects of their care, all of which requires time and attention.

The fee for a 90-minute initial assessment is $300 and subsequent 50-minute sessions are $220. Payment is required at the time of service. Dr. Stowell requires that all clients keep a credit card on file but will accept cash, check or credit card payment.

Dr. Stowell does not accept insurance and is considered an out-of-network provider. Via a secure patient portal, Dr. Stowell can provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company but does not guarantee that services will be covered. Please confirm all mental health benefits with your insurance company. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Dr. Stowell requires notice of cancellation 24-hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be charged the full fee.
